CashPilot — Privacy Policy

CashPilot ("the app") is developed by UlterMonster Core. This privacy policy explains how the app handles your information. The short version: it doesn't collect any.

1. No data collection

CashPilot does not collect, transmit, store on servers, sell, or share any personal or financial data. Everything you enter — transactions, budgets, goals, debts, notes — is stored exclusively in a private database on your own device. There is no user account, no sign-up, and no cloud sync.

2. On-device features

• Receipt scanning uses on-device text recognition. Photos of receipts never leave your phone.
• Automatic translation uses on-device language models. Your text is translated locally after a one-time model download.
• Biometric app lock uses your device's own fingerprint / face / PIN system. Biometric data never touches the app.
• Notifications (bill reminders) are generated and delivered locally on your device.
• Encrypted backup files are created by you, stored where you choose, and encrypted with a key kept in your device's secure hardware keystore.

3. Purchases

Optional CashPilot Pro upgrades are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not see or handle your payment information; Google's own privacy policy applies to the purchase flow.

4. Third-party services

The app uses Google Play Services components (billing, on-device ML models) as part of the Android platform. We integrate no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no crash-reporting SDKs.

5. Children's privacy

CashPilot is intended for adults (18+) managing personal finances and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children — because it collects no data at all.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
